A wine bar and wine tastings followed their first vintage in 2005. Since then, the Rosedale label has captured over 25 medals in wine competitions including: • 2007 Gold Medal for Farmington River Red at the Big-E New England Regional Wine Competition• 2 Silvers for Lou’s Red and Serendipity at the 2007 Tasters Guild International Competition.
Rosedale encourages group tastings by special appointment; we also make up custom corporate gift baskets: and our farm is open for rental for tented wedding receptions next to the vineyard or the river.

White Wine Simsbury Celebration
A blend of 100% Simsbury grown Seyval Blanc and French Meynieu grapes, Simsbury Celebration presents a silky smooth, nearly creamy wine with faint aromas of smoky caramel, ripe figs and melon fruits. SerendipityThe dominant variety in Serendipity is always our estate grown Vignoles into which we blend varying amounts of other varieties from our Simsbury vineyards based upon availability. Fermented in stainless steel, Serendipity brings to you an intense and complex, direct fruit style white wine with a lingering finish. 750 ml: $13.99
Three Sisters Fashioned from 100 percent Rosedale grapes, Three Sisters showcases the Alsatian style delicate fruit and nose of the Cayuga grape. It is delightful as a summer afternoon cocktail and can be a sophisticated accompaniment to any number of meat or fish dishes. 750 ml: $14.99
Blush Wine Summer Bouquet Rosedale’s Seyval Blanc and Vidal grapes move to a whole new level when married with the essence of red raspberry. Red Wine Lou’s Red
Lou’s Red weaves in the brightness of Rosedale’s estate grown St. Croix and the deep blackberry flavors of our Marchal Foch against a background of California Merlot grapes. Farmington River Red
This year’s Farmington River Red is fashioned after the classic Bordeaux blends and features Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc. Ripe dark fruit blends with a trace of anise, chocolate and dried sage to yield an elegant, full bodied wine encompassed within a structure of firm but round tannins. 750 ml: $17.99
